ABCD Building

The ABCD Building is the first operational smart infrastructure of Dholera SIR, serving as the command and control center of the city. It houses administrative offices, investment facilitation centers, and a state-of-the-art control room monitoring urban operations such as traffic, utilities, and security.

High-Speed Connectivity

Dholera SIR is connected through a multi-modal network including a 6-lane expressway, dedicated freight corridor (DFC), and metro rail link between Ahmedabad and Dholera. This seamless connectivity strengthens its position as a global manufacturing and investment destination.

DHOLERA SIR DEVELOPMENT PHASES

Dholera SIR (Special Investment Region) is spread over 920 sq kms comprising of 22 villages of Dholera Taluka.
Dholera SIR is to be developed in six Town Planning Schemes from Town Planning 1 to 6, covers as area of 422 sq kms. Out of this area, Development Phase 1 covers 153 sq kms of TP 1 and TP 2.
Construction of Activation Area that is spread over 22.5 sq kms has initiated.
DSIR is strategically located between industrial cities of Baroda, Ahmedabad, Rajkot and Bhavnagar.
DSIR is also connected to Delhi and Mumbai via NH8 & DMIC .
DSIR provides access to both the domestic and international markets and land parcels can be combined to get a contiguous area.
